      The Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Having the Force of Constitutional Law dated December 18, 1995 N 2688 "On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Status of its Deputies" (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1995, N 23, Art. 145) should be supplemented by the following words: "if another is not provided by legal acts".
